    中心供氧系統(tǒng)可減輕勞動強度
    我院使用液態(tài)氧中心供氧一年多來,與原鋼瓶氧供氧相比較,其優(yōu)越性主要體現(xiàn)在:由于通過管路到使用終端,用截止閥門控制使用,所以安全、快捷、方便,提供的液化氣態(tài)氧,因減少了壓縮、充灌以及換瓶等環(huán)節(jié),其純度可達99.9%;液態(tài)氧的利用率可達90%以上,高于鋼瓶氧(10~15)%;同時便于管理,減輕了勞動強度;而且經(jīng)濟實惠。
    醫(yī)用中心吸引、中心供氧系統(tǒng)(以下簡稱“系統(tǒng)”)中配備了大量的真空表、氧壓表和浮標式氧氣吸入器等醫(yī)用強檢計量器具。為了保證我市在用系統(tǒng)正常運行,我所自1998年通過計量認證后,便開展了系統(tǒng)的檢測。2009年我們檢測了35個系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)中包括350多塊氧壓表、3900多塊真空表。
    呼吸器與中心供氧系統(tǒng)的連接裝置,配套十分合理、使用極其方便,解決了中心供氧輸出的恒定壓力不能應(yīng)用高頻呼吸器的局限。設(shè)計思想高頻通氣是20世紀80年代發(fā)展起來的新技術(shù),高頻呼吸器屬電控氣動型,操作方便,臨床使用十分廣泛。
